Frames must be returned/replaced in accordance with the retailer's return and refund policy. The retailer knows exactly what options you have, and they will be able to inform you about the warranty as well.
They will do their absolute best to help you.
Frameo is unfortunately not in possession of any of this information, and we're not able to look up the retailer either. We have no way to assist with returns, replacements or repairs as we have never made nor sold a frame. We have no warehouse, no shop and no stock of frames. We only develop the Frameo software that runs on the frame (and the Frameo smartphone app).
