The message "Oops... The photo cannot be delivered right now, since all recipients are offline" indicates that your phone does not have a connection with the frame.
This can be caused by Wi-Fi problems, or if an error has caused the smartphone to drop the connection to the frame.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Make Sure That the Frame Is Online
The most common cause for this problem is that the frame (the recipient) is offline.
Make sure that the frame is turned on, and that the frame is succesfully connected to the internet.
Here's a guide to check if the frame is online: Is My Frame Online?
Make Sure That the App Is Updated to the Latest Version
If the frame is online and succesfully connected to the internet, but the problem remains, please make sure that your phone is running the latest version of the Frameo app.
Updating On iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch)
Open App Store and search for Frameo.
If there is an update available, press "Update"
Updating On Android
Open Google Play and search for Frameo.
If there is an update available, press "Update"
Connect Phone and Frame Again
If your phone is running the latest version of the Frameo app and the problem remains, try to connect the phone to the frame again.
This is done by generating a new code on the frame and entering it on the phone again. Check out this quick guide here: How to Add Friends
