Press "OK" to the dialog 10 times
Pressing "OK" to the dialog 10 times should trigger a recovery screen with an ID of your frame. We can use this ID to look up potential crash causes.
Please take a photo of the entire screen and contact us.
Unable to reach recovery screen?
If you are unable to reach the recovery screen as described above, please turn off your frame and unplug the power cord in both ends for 5 minutes before plugging it back in.
