The error message "Unfortunately, Frameo has stopped" indicates that something has caused the software to stop working.
Tap “OK” to the Dialog 10 Times
Tapping the "OK" dialog 10 times should open a recovery screen with your frame's Peer ID of your frame. We can use this ID to look up potential crash causes.

Unable to Reach Recovery Screen?
If you are unable to reach the recovery screen as described above, please turn off your frame and unplug the power cord in both ends for 5 minutes before plugging it back in.
