If your WiFi does not show up on the list of available networks, it is most likely due to certain WiFi settings not being supported by the frame.
We suggest that you contact your Internet Service Provider or someone tech savvy to assist you in configuring the WiFi if necessary.

Does the WiFi Use the 2.4 GHz Network Band?
Most frames only support the 2.4 GHz network band. If your Wi-Fi uses the 5 GHz network band, your frame will most likely be unable to find and connect to the Wi-Fi.
The WiFi is hidden
The frame does not support hidden SSIDs (hidden Wi-Fis).
Does Your Frame Find Other WiFis?
If you're in doubt whether the problem is with the frame or with the Wi-Fi, you can check if the frame is able to find other nearby Wi-Fi signals (e.g. a neighbor's Wi-Fi, or a smartphone hotspot).
If the frame is able to find other Wi-Fis, the problem is most likely caused by the Wi-Fi's configuration.
